This afternoon, on October 31, 2017, a 29-year-old male drove a Home Depot truck through a biking path in NYC, killing eight people and injuring more than 11 others. It begs to question, how could one foresee an every day object being used as a killing machine? Sadly, the NYC attack is one of many that occurred this month let alone this year.
